Fine Architecture Demands Fine Photography

Over the past two years, we have captured many properties for Goodman Construction, both in progress and upon completion. It was part of a complete website overhaul, to help them really show off the quality of their work.

We also worked with them on copy editing the site from top to bottom, to bring consistency and cogency.

The amazing craftsmanship of Goodman's work makes the shooting exciting, and they are a really fun group of people to work with. But at the end of the day, it is also very challenging, mainly because interior architecture is rather difficult to get just right – balancing indoor and outdoor exposures to create images similar to what the human eye can see; flattening a dynamic interior space into a framed two-dimensional image; showing both detail and spatial significance.

At right are some of our favorite images from various shoots for Goodman. For a fuller selection and to see the fine work they do crafting and renovating homes, just visit their website, linked above.
