Barre's Hometown Bakery asked us to come over and shoot their baking and decorating. Piece of cake!
We spent a few hours hanging out in the bakery, documenting and shooting images of Cailey building and decorating cakes. But there was also lots of other activity going on – they were catering a function. So we had to photograph cookies and buns and sandwiches and workers just doing their thing. Seriously, the things we have to suffer through!
And of course we needed to capture the inimitable Wendy, who holds the bakery together, posing at the front of house displays, and helping customers.
Tim Bolton, owner of Delicate Decadence hired us previously to do a fun headshot shoot of him, catching him in his many different moods (below)...
