Architectural Photography Pricing

I capture interior and exterior spaces with publication-quality imagery, bringing to bear years of experience in magazine publishing, marketing, and landscape photography. Please examine my portfolio to see the quality of imagery you will receive.

Planning

We will discuss the project in detail and develop a shot list in anticipation of the shoot, and plan for the event. Pricing is based on a day rate (creative fee), plus a per image post-production fee, plus any additional production costs.

Licensing

Project Fees include a perpetual license to use the images on the client’s website, in social media, print portfolio, contests, and in some cases print publication and advertising. License does not include the right to give or sell images to any third party.

Cost-Sharing

Through cost-sharing with other professionals (landscapers, interior designers, construction firms) arranged ahead of time, the creative and production fees can be spread among multiple companies.     Additional licensing parties are added for a per-partner surcharge (percentage of the total fee, including all production costs).

Files

Client will be provided with full-resolution, processed, and retouched images, as well as web-optimized versions of the same files.

Fees

  • Day Rate (creative fee): $1600
  • Per-Image Post-Production*: $120
  • Cost-Sharing Surcharge: 30%

*The content and minimum quantity of images are agreed upon prior to the shoot. All images shot (including any added by the client during the shoot) will be processed and charged for.
