Courtney Jarecki creates and manages social media content for clients that span the globe and industries.
Prior to living her best social media life, she was a baby catcher, waking up in the middle of the night to welcome new souls to earth. Before that, she grinded as a project manager at an ad agency that she pretty much hated. She ended up at that ad agency because she loved her previous software job so much, but knew she had to leave because her heart just wasn’t fulfilled. But really, her career began as a landscape designer building ridiculous landscapes for people who were too afraid of the Wisconsin insects to actually enjoy her work. She’s also written a book or two.
Her moved to Vermont last August for a slower and quieter life. She would like to apologize in advance as they are harbingers of what’s to come. People are fleeing the west coast and in 5 years, Vermont will be a very different place. Luckily, you can thank Courtney and her family because they’re the fun kind of harbingers to have around.
Courtney, her daughter, Lazadae, and her husband Dave, have a prodigious brood of animals, including a 90-pound Rhodesian Ridgeback lap dog named Dock; Wanda, a 1-year-old rescue that mostly identifies as a husky; Nigel, a tuxedo cat that looms magic over their home; and Kinder, a gray kitty that was forged in the fires of hell and is here on earth to love fiercely just one person.
