We pick a date and a time for the shoot and have a brief phone call to confer on logistics.
You will provide us with a list of team members, or we will create a secure, private online booking page, which can include picking specific shoot times.
We will send you useful FAQs and videos for what to expect, what to do, what not to wear, etc., for you to share with your team.
On the day of the session, we run a smooth, efficient operation, and all team members will see their images immediately.
For Team Headshot sessions, we take about 10 minutes per person, which is plenty for everyone to get 5-10 great shots to choose from out of a secure, individual online gallery. It includes time for a bit of individualized coaching and some guided, immediate-review image selection.
We can go a bit faster, but if you have 25 or more team members, it will be more cost-effective to choose our Instant Headshots offering, which allows us to easily capture 100-150 people per day (about 5 minutes per person).
No more than a few days after our session, we deliver all retouched images to you with all images named for the person in the photo.
The pricing for Team Headshots is always a custom quote, because we want to make sure there are no surprises for you or for us. But we can pull that together very quickly, after you answer just a few questions (click the button above).
After we have shot your current team, we can set up a system to future-proof your onboarding, to capture new team members so that their headshots look the same as the rest of the team. This typically involves photographing new hires in our studio, and we will give you access to a secure, online scheduling platform for your company or organization, with special repeat client rates.
No problem. Our cozy studio in downtown Montpelier is a perfect meet-up spot. Your staffers schedule their sessions through our secure portal and then everyone comes to us at a time that works for them.
Our studio is also a great option if there is not enough space in your offices to host us.
